2. User Responsibilities
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their device (Smart TV, Android Box, PC, etc.) and internet connection are compatible with our service. We recommend a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps for HD content and 25 Mbps for 4K content.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for subscriptions are final. However, we strive for customer satisfaction.
- We highly recommend testing our service with a trial period (if available) before purchasing a long-term subscription.
- Refunds are only considered if the service is completely non-functional for more than 72 hours, and our support team fails to resolve the issue.
4. Content and Channel Availability
The number of channels and movies in the VOD library can change, be updated, or removed at any time without prior notice. We do not have control over the content provided by the original broadcasters.
5. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., re-streaming or using a single account on multiple IP addresses simultaneously).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
